I see. Have you any proof of this? I tested this about a year and a half ago, and I found that the ally LB is value-based.
Yes, I did this a few weeks ago, I dropped an ally just to see how far down I'd go(was a very over priced SH) I dropped all of 50 spots. If it was based on value I would of taken a drop of thousands
Total value is irrelevant to ally LB. It is solely measured on your BFA. Value can be seen to have a correlation as to your rank but it is not directly measured or counted.
How many guilds does it take to become a proper GH for EE? Would 22 lvl4 guilds on LL and 2 Coe be considered an actual war worthy GH?
Hansel mechanics are 1:4 ratio if I'm right, usually with hansel mechanics I just use 1 attacking building.
Yes^ the ratio is 1:4 xD but for buildings, not for stats. You can have higher troop stats than spies and still be a hansel, i was at one point, back before the nerf
Level 1 is 274 spy attack and defense. Level 2 is 362 spy attack and defense. I'm not sure about level 3.
