No it didnt. If your using pb on pc, resize is in the EDIT option, Ive resized every photo ive posted today through edit lol

Aye, then it does become problematic. When I was using it on mobile, I downloaded a crappy free photo editing app called picsart, used its resize feature, then used my newly resized pic in photobucket. Pain in the arse.
