So my ckan hasnt even started a war but the other clan is allowed to attack us before it starts that shouldnt be allowed
after match up you can still attk or scout until 1 hour before war starts. most clans do it with their gh to see how high they can go up your roster. others just do it to do it or dont know why they do it.
