Look at things from the devs point of view: the USA has more tablets, computers, smartphones, and laptops and the disposable income to use on a game, than the rest of the world. By focusing on the USA, Canada, and to a lesser extent, Europe, they're maximizing their revenue. It is the epitome of selfish to ask them to sacrifice their livelihood and throw their most valuable demographics under the bus so you can have an easier time warring. Kapeche?
