why pc user couldn't get free speaker? so a new player can't post at wc to ask for volley, i think devs must change this, give us a new pc user some amount of speaker at first, maybe 5 speaker when start it and 20 more speaker when LLC, its very useful for new player at pc, you could stay not make speaker regenerating at pc to avoid wc spamming from pc, but for me who play kaw only from pc and not intended to wc spamming without free speaker at least 5-25, its hard to looking new owner or help my clan to ads for once only.
Pretty sure you start with nobility. Just use that to buy speakers. Although I know you use it in the turorial, is there any left over? Besides mate, KaW has always and always will favour the iDevice. Every game favours a certain platform in which it was made for, whether it is looked after more or earns more cash.
i dont have any smartphone, idevice or android platform, i play this game because my neighbour talk about it, and he told i could play it at pc too, but he doesn't talk if pc user have some minor advantage like cant get free speaker, maybe he doesn't know too about it. no nobility point extra to buy speaker, all used at tutorial. but its okay if its must like this. just enjoy play this game now and hope devs make some change to give pc user some free speaker at next update maybe. peace devs.

A steal takes more like around 0.2% of your gold (order of magnitude), but the exact value depends on quite a few variables.
Skim troops and just hit bl with spies or something careful they don't assassinate or attack you though because you'll need those troops.
