How do they measure who is on the strongest clan LB?

 

How much does it cost to upgrade a subterranean factory to level two?

Logical Unicorn. It's mostly based on how much you spend on the game.

 

Wait that doesn't make sense though, because someone with low stats could spend 1,000 on the game and be in a mediocre clan and the clan would be on the LB?

 

It's also how long you do it for... Like let's say I max Xtal every day and buy 3 seals a day for a week and I do that every other week. I would rise quicker than if you do only that one week a month

 

But a clan that does B2B war beasts and the strongest person in the clan is 400k cs and they all spend a ton of money. And say ZAFT members didn't spend as much money, ZAFT would still be stronger. I'm not sure it's measured that way but thanks for the help.

 

It's about clan strength, nothing to do with how much you spend. Pretty much whoever has the most LBers is at the top.

How do you get scrolls? And where?

 

Equipment scrolls? From smoke signals, just do the eb. In time devs plan to make them drop from pvp as well.
