It is my belief that there is a group of devs at ATA where there only job is player relations, and they share the account. When KaW_community appeared, they probably stopped using KaW_admin because many people did not like him.
Banners will eventually come out, yes. Timescale may change according to other content release. They did say they were only putting in the system changes at this time
by what they said on the last update to the banner post it should be like this week or next week. Timeline's change though.

Very hard, I believe that the algorithm is based off of difficulty and plunder, NML has good plunder for its tier so gives good moths
