I do not know if this idea has been brought up before or not. I've been playing a while now and I don't think I've ever seen a thread on the subject though. Here it goes; as a long time player I, along with many other older or younger players, am aware of the benefits of ally trading. The added strength by the ally's cs as well as the profit by trading in larger allies. (I am aware there is profit in the trading of allies of any size however it is much more significant as income from higher priced allies) The problem, as I see it, is the time it takes to search for 1st, active allies in the price range I can afford at the time and 2nd, is whether or not the ally is worth the price. As far as ally value compared to price I see that as something the more experienced players have a stable grasp on. Yes, there are all kinds of formulas I have seen used over the years designed to rate an ally's value but in the end it is up to the buyer to decide if the cost is worth the cs acquired in the purchase. So there is no real fix I can ask for here, but……… As to my first concern, finding active allies, this is a very time consuming ordeal that I see has an easy fix with only a slight change in programming by the devs. In a game like KaW.. where there is a high turnover rate in players for a multitude of reasons, even some of the highest priced allies go inactive and are no longer worth the investment. Usually, when an account goes inactive.. at some point they are kicked from their clan and remain homeless. I have been searching for active allies and have at times spent hours just finding a worthy active ally to purchase. Normally, as I click on a specific profile in the hopes of purchasing the ally the first thing I look for is what clan they are in. Again, due to turnover in the game this can be an ordeal as so many accts have left the game that often, even with high cs accounts, it takes a while just to find an acct in a clan. What I propose is simple, just like when we look on bl at specific accts it lists the clan they are in, the ally page should also list clan affiliation or lack of. While this won't take all the time out of searching for active allies to purchase, it would be a significant help to those of us who like to trade in allies. Support this idea if you like or troll if you want to. Just don't be surprised to see me in your news if I feel disrespected by your reply. I put this idea out there to see what the kawmmunity thinks. Simple idea: Put clan affiliation on ally page just as it is on bl. Thanks, JD
I think it's a great idea. It is frustrating looking through pages of allies to try and find the active ones. I would suggest the DEVs put the date the player was last active as well. Anything to speed up the search.
