Attack builds have one feature, attack. Spies are able to scout, assassinate, and steal all of which make the spy more powerful than the warrior. I had an idea for the attack troops, which is to add a new feature like Archer Volleying. You would use a similar amount as an assassination, and send archers to volley arrows on your enemy. You would make 0 gold, because it is hard to loot dead bodies from 300 yards away, but you would succeed in weakening your enemies soldiers, spies, turtles... Doesn't matter it's a fuckload of arrows raining havoc. This would allow a balance for non spies/hansels to have ANY effect on their opposites, further creating strategy and tactics. Or we can just keep making Spies juggernauts.. I am more of a fan of KaW 2009-2010. Finally, this feature would be so much fun when people in WC say "Volley me!"
I've alway felt that there needs to be another troop action. Warriors should be able to do more than just swing a sword
Yes the Arrow Volley would kill spies as well. It would kill troops and spies, and when all enemy troops are killed (player has 0 troops) it would hit more spies because of less bodies in the way. It would give you a new dynamic in the game, making players choose to attempt attacking for plunder or attacking to weaken the enemy.
Interesting! I have to think about this one. It's ideas like this that make the ideas section worth it!
Definitely shouldn't be covert - if a hail of arrows is coming your way, the army that launched them would be knocking down your door. Static tower def should make this harder to land, etc. Basically, a "troop" assassination.
The action would not be covert, unless perhaps there was a spell or something you could cast to hide the action.
Omg omg omg! KaW totally spoke about one of creations instead of just using it. Lol jk, love y'all
