The highest tier you can go would be best. So if you're building on HF, the ice tree, and if you're building on HL, the vol. If you're choosing to build 1 out of the two, do the HF.
Just hold on to them, they're just an item for devs to give you x amount of free stuff for your y amount of fangs.
