  3. Support. A clan with a 50/50 EE war record should not be prestige ranked below a clan that does just EB.
     
  4. Support for a better prestige system. Currently if you lose 1 war you drop below clans that didn't even war. Why bother to war if you don't even get credit for trying.
     
  5. Shady they are using a chess based rating system that assumes all matchups are even and each side has an equal chance of victory. That's where their prestige system fails. Having to fight unwinnable matchups and not gaining prestige in many of the other matchups will cause most clans to end under 1000. Also in the elo system you have to participate to gain prestige. To be eligible to have prestige you should have to do at least 1-2 wars per week or completely lose prestige.

    I feel a better system is 2 points for beating a stronger clan and 1 for beating the weaker in the algorithm. 1-2 poinst lost losing to the stronger and 2-3 lost for losing to the weaker.

    Perhaps a clan achievement at minimum to denote participation in Season 2 and rank (Based on Prestige) at the conclusion of S2

    Just brainstorming on how to showcase active EE Clans and incentive participation in future years - all comments constructive are welcome

    To be completely honest, I never understood what the "elo" system was or is. So forgive me if I sound ignorant on that. But it seems flawed that an active EE Clan who wars 10 times per week and takes 3 losses vs 7 wins on a net bases losses prestige:

    3 losses x 3 point reduction = 9 pts lost
    7 wins x 1 point increase = 7 pts gained
    Net loss of 2 prestige

    My suggestion will award clans who participate in community events, not penalize them

    3 losses x 1 point increase = 3 pts gained
    7 wins x 3 pts per win = 21 pts gained
    Net Increase of 24 prestige

    If you remember at the beginning of Season 2, devs reset our Prestige to 1,000 - everyone

    All things being equal, the clans who are top performers will still be ranked highest. And those clans who war frequently will be weighted higher in Prestige than a clan who war once, earned 1 point, then stopped waring for remainder of the season or inactive clans who are on Prestige LB by default

    In my experience, if players don't speak up about these things, devs pay them no attention

    They need to fix the algorithm used when awarding Prestige at the conclusion of each EE war.

  13. What's really funny is the season 1 prestige system seemed fine. Not sure why they felt the need to change everything. Their current system is meant to be used where every single competitor is equally strong. It's meant for 100 competitors that all have an equal shot of winning like in a chess match. The problem with it in KaW is that there are only like 5 opponents at any strength "bracket". Quickly some clans can never gain prestige b/c their opponent falls below the threshold needed to gain a point but the opponent will continue to lose ratings thus ensuring no prestige can be gained by the top opponent from then on. This system may work in some individual arena type battle but it is ineffective for clan ee wars in KaW. Again the devs fail to take into effect that all 100 or so clans will not be fighting each other thus destroying the basis of the elo rankings system. It's only meant to be used where everyone fights everyone lol. It's supposed to be used where top prestige can match top prestige but that can't happen here.
     
  14. Achievement are cool, but then as you mentioned as well, it has to based on clan, not player. Players already get those miths and equips, which imo are a very good incentive.

    Prestige system is broken, everyone knows it. Has been raised a lot of times already, devs just find it amusing to ignore that fact.
     
  15. Currently it's more broken than you stated above. As a matter of fact, out of those 7 wins, you may very well won't get awarded any point for few wars at all. Currently, for a win over a clan with prestige difference of over 14 points, clans are awarded 0 points.
     
  16. If devs are going to fix it, it should be better than the above suggestion.
    Something like if you beat a clan, winner will get a minimum of 1 point (based on prestige difference). Beat a clan of difference say 10 points, you get 2 points, and so on.
    Losing clan should get their prestige decreased, the more the prestige difference before war, the more should be the decrease, minimum being one.

    What you propose is an easy fix, not a good fix. Devs should actually keep those non participating clans out of those prestige LB.

    You are from a "serious" EE clan. You should be able to use your mind better. Try it, its not hard.

  18. Support, be nice to see a plunder increase on an achievement of some sort considering there's a spot for it on practically everything in ur profile plus clan bonus areas.

    Lb is completely ruined compared to s1, glad I sit under a clan that's inactive

    The fact u don't lose EE/Rc bonus is nice but has completely ruined loyalty to EE clans also, almost like eq hoppers ppl r just in and out n keeps u chasing to find warriors each war(in my clans case)should be penalized for leaving, EE or Rc one of the 2 Atleast but currently the clan is penalized for warring if u look at lb.

    Take a look at RH, 100 win streak but "if" they lose 4-5x they'll be under the inactive clans as well, hmmm sounds fair right, NOT
     
  19. Elo system is actually fine. Just the scala needs to be fine tuned: 1 for any win, more if tough matchup.
    Then not only weight the difficulty by prestige rank: winning a tough war against a huge furious and sexy but getting 0 prestige point for it is a bit rough.
    Risk is by season end not a single ee clan may be on prestige LB. At least remove non warring clans of that list.
