Leagues and Regions This idea is fairly complex and I have not yet seen it posted in forums so forgive me if I am repeating an old idea. Introduction This proposition would add a whole new PvP system to the game of Kingdoms at War. It would encourage PvP, give rewards for PvP, and bring player combat to a level not seen since the very beginning of this game. Leagues Firstly, there would be a system of leagues, in which each player would be assigned a specific league. League assignment would be based on country. Each league would be composed of Sub-Leagues, whose assignment would be based on stats, ally bonuses, and equipment bonuses. Each league would keep track of the number of hits and the amount of plunder you make for each player. At the end of each month, all of the statistics would be combined to provide a certain reward, most likely in Mithril, dependent on the number of successful hits and plunder gained that month. Now, I know that many of you have thought about the possibility of exploitation whether that be an OSF opening for league hits or a normal build simply dropping all pots and allowing hits. This is what brings me to more specifics of the league system. Regions Each League would be divided into a separate region, which in turn would contain sub-regions. These region and sub region assignments would be completely random and rotate weekly to help prevent abuse of the system. You would only get league hit credit for hitting inside you sub-region. The sub-regions will contain 10-15 players, which could allow for an interesting number of alliances, small scale wars, and 1v1s. This will not only help prevent abuse, but allow for a more strategic approach to the PvP battle. Specifics Similarly to EE wars, you would be required to have a Mithril spell active to hit in League and gain bonuses. There would also be a spell to deactivate your participation in the League, however, all progress and bonuses would be lost, and you could not rejoin until the new season, (month), began. Now for some inner workings and specific ideas for portions of the system, some of which have already been explained. Leagues Leagues are assigned by country. Sub Leagues are assigned by size. Mithril Bonus = % of hits * % of total plunder (% Must be small due to 1 month timeframe) Regions Region assignment is random. Regions will contain Sub Regions - # Depends on player signups - Backing out is permanent for that month Sub Region assignment is random - Scrambled weekly - Hold 10-15 players Levels Levels, such as in EE wars, (Rancor Levels), could be implemented. These levels would slightly increase the amount of Mithril bonus you received at the end of each month, by increasing your "per-attack" plunder. Level gains would require increasing amounts of experience, (given for successful actions), more per level, making leveling up past a certain point, say level 10ish nearly impossible. Level Statistics Action Specifics Attacks = 5xp Steals = 5xp Assasinations = 3xp Scouts = 2xp Successful Defends = 3xp All of the below numbers represent the number of experience points which are needed to achieve each level. The bonuses of each level will be shown in the next section. Level 1 = 1000xp Level 2 = 5000xp Level 3 = 20000xp Level 4 = 50000xp Level 5 = 200000xp Level 6 = 500000xp Level Bonuses Level 1: 1mil more per attack, 2 more Mithril for final bonus Level 2: 1mil more per attack, 4 more Mithril for final bonus Level 3: 2mil more per attack, 6 more Mithril for final bonus Level 4: 2mil more per attack, 8 more Mithril for final bonus Level 5: 3mil more per attack, 15 more Mithril for final bonus Level 6: 3mil more per attack, 30 more Mithril for final bonus *Achieving level 6 will grant a bonus of 12mil more per attack and 65 more Mithril for the final bonus Final Bonuses Specific Equation for Final Mithril Final Mithril Reward = 1%(0.005% of Total Actions * 0.001% of Gold Made, [Total]) For somebody my size hitting someone at or below my size, I make around 11mil per hit. Multiply that by about 320, (# of hits per day), and that by 30, (# of days in a month). You get about 105,600,000. Divide this by 2 to get actual gold earned, (due to spy actions, mainly assassination and scout,) you get 52,800,000,000. Multiply the quantity of (320 * 30) and you get 9,600. If you plug these numbers into the equation, you will receive 253 Mithril at the end of the month. This would help younger and smaller players get Mithril. You may be thinking that this is a ridiculous amount, yet it is not, seeing as plenty of players receive around half of that every EE war. Possible Equipment Names and Bonuses Players ending the "season" in each of the given levels would receive the equipment listed by their appropriate level. This would be quite similar to EE wars. However, to upgrade the equipment, you would not use Mithril, Aqua, or Inferno. To level up these legendary items, you would have to complete another "season", and end at or above the given level for that piece of equipment. If you succeed, the equipment will be upgraded on the spot. If a stat is not included it means that the specified piece of equipment gives no bonus to that stat. Level 1 Chestplate of the All-Seeing Eye - A: 1.5mil + 200k D: 1.5mil + 200k Level 2 Helm of Revealing - D: 3mil + 300k SD: 7mil + 300k Level 3 Ring of Resilience - D: 9mil + 400k SD: 9mil + 400k Level 4 Excalibur - A: 16mil + 500k Level 5 Shoulder Plates of Hellfire - A: 1.5mil + 600k D: 10mil + 600k SA: 1.5mil + 600k SD: 10mil + 600k Level 6 Helm of the Dark Crusade - A: 15mil + 700k D: 1.5mil + 700k SA: 15mil + 700k *Yes, these equipments are quite strong, however, if a continuous wave of new equipment continues to arise, it should be matched with other equipment of equal or greater power. Other Information Here are a few additional things that I would like to add to this idea that do not require their own section at the moment. Crystal Limits A fair and simple crystal limit seems to be 6 per day, with a max of 30 per week. This would allow Crystalling, but at the same time even the gap between players who pay to play and those who do not. If you have another opinion or idea for this limit, please let me know. Opting In and Out of the "Season" To opt into the "season", players would most likely cast a spell similar to the Wave of Conflict, signalling their willingness to participate. A couple of other spells I would suggest would be the 1 week shield spell, which when activated, would remove you from the next week of sub-region shuffling, allowing for a break to EE war, hit EBs, or take a KaW vacation. Another spell would be the Silk Flag, which would allow players to drop out immediately from the "season". However, once a player has dropped from the "season", (1 month period), they can not rejoin until the next season. *Yes, I am aware this will most likely not be implemented. Just food for thought.
Question, do you think that instead of awarding by the total number of hits and plunder you could instead do it by a ratio of wins to losses? Or would active players need to keep the advantage over not so active players? Or do you think it wouldn't be discouraging to the less active? Would you be required to participate in a league or is it something you would opt-in to? Hope that helps

@Logical 1. I think that W/L ratio-based rewards would tip the tides towards those who have no commitments or work to do. For those of us who pay the bills, we cannot afford a 24/7 EE war. I think total hits is best, although just an opinion. 2. It would be optional. Spell cast most likely.
So one month is the time period for rewards and such but how long does it last everyday? As barcode KOS stated a 24/7 ee war would not work for most ppl that play kaw. If I sign up to do this I don't want to be asleep and be getting pinned while I'm sleeping. Just saying maybe there needs to be a time limit or something like a lock on your account if you go offline so no one can hit you because you can't defend yourself if your not active, or maybe if someone hits you and your inactive they can only hit you between 1-5 times or whatever the devs would make it. Or a time limit on it like 2 hours everyday for a month
@The I Mad Maybe there could be a shield spell usable once a day? Lasts 8 hours and prevents league attacks. Gives time for sleeping. Best I can think of at the moment.
