Converting Troops to spies

  1. I have noticed during some eb's that my Troops will be WAY higher than my spies or my spies would be WAY bigger than my troops. Devs should add a conversion method. U would have to pay like 1-2 bil to convert and u got to to pick what percentage u converted and left. Hope I didn't confuse u...

    People could abuse this in war, and could get extreme plunder on Ebs.

  3. I don't mean all the time and obviously in war u wouldn't be able to Im sure the DEVS could make a way to where only on certain eb's u can convert and never on a war
