Which should I focus on ATM should I focus on ally trading then start do build or should I first get some better plunder and builds then do ally trading
Allies first. It's obvious. You get an allies bonus that will get you gold so that you will be able to build and even if you want, buy more allies.
MP isn't what we're looking at. We're looking at BFA. If you have massive BFA, then you can do a lot more damage to an EB, which will give you a bigger bonus. Also, buying more allies can be good for ally trading.
Allies I had ~150B gold out and was trading allies for a day and ended the day with about 30B-35B worth of profit off Allie sells

If you see osw is likely in your future based on your play style or clan then focus more on buildings. If you think war is not very likely then build allies to trade and profit from. Allies for a strong bfa is a pipe dream for most. A bfa that will be a difference maker will put you around top 200 on ally lb.
At your size it is a no-brainer... continue building. Explore at least those few dirt cheap first Hoarfrost lands and build some T6 lvl1 on it, this will boost your plunder much more than you ever could get from increased BFA... You always may do a bit of ally trading on the side to get a bit more income, but at your size building is still cheap. Once only T6 lvl2 is left, you could think of just piling up BFA instead of building (while earning gold from trades as side effect).
