Changes to Plunder - Reverted

  1. The changes we have made to the plunder being generated has been reverted back to where it was before. (Friday June 14th)

    After reading the community feedback on this change, and with the directions Estoc Trials Tests were going, we decided that this was not the best course of action for the community as a whole. In addition, we have now changed our approach in how we work to improve the war system for Kingdoms at War.

    Rest assured, we wouldn't be making this change without a long term plan in place. The new solution we are working on will work to solve the imbalances created since Estoc Trials have began, while also creating a unified war system for fighting both inside and outside of Estoc Trials. All of this without severely affecting what you, the players, have come to love and expect from this game. While we are still in the early stages of this, we are working as hard as we can to get this out to all of you.

    Thank you for your patience. We know that you are all anxious to hear about the new changes that are coming. We promise that we will share these with you as soon as possible.

    Just decrease the Max plunder cap for guilds... Jesus Christ. Every build should have a base plunder. Then plunder added on for enemy BFA.

  7. Tweaking the % plunder won or lost based on TS (True Strength = build stats BFE BFA) should be incorporated, just at a much lower degree, and has to include BFE....

    Try playing around with adding a baseline dollar amount to land unlocked with any building on them - would force HLBC guilds to pay out when defeated, which is the dynamic EE players have found to be the problem.

  13. Oh my god, limp dick mother fuckers. How many times are going to change ****. Do yourself a favor and stop switching things around all the time. It's one thing how annoying the changes are, but a far greater annoyance is the constant changes, changing back the changes, trying new changes ever second. Jesus ******* Christ be more professional.
     
  14. This update strengthened GH even more. If a GH found a Large hansel with BFA in EE they could make up to 90m a hit.

  16. Yes thank you the biggest imbalance you have is guild hansels and the advantage to them. Right now the team with the most guild hansels wins. If that is what you wanted to determining wars you have succeeded also not letting large bfa players war is an injustice that needs fixed. They are your most loyal and longest playing warriors and to treat them like lepers is wrong in so many ways. Ee wars should be for everyone. Maybe it is time to stop playing God and just admit you can't do perfect match ups but only best possible matches or allow guys in system wars to have access to mith again. I still would like to know how with my bfa and bfe i get owned by a guild hansel but cant be hit by a t5 hansel. Your mechanics make no sense. Pretty sad when a guild hansel at about 1.5 mil cs can be top 5 in plunder against accounts 10 times his size
     
  17. Val, I regret not signing up for EE while this update was in effect. Plunder really sounds nice.

    Before they reverted the change, I was making 40-50m on players with 5m cs. Which, in my opinion is very fair because i still have to full pot to hit, and thats a few mil cs larger than me.

    Now I'm back to the lousy 32m that will never cover the pot cost. 
     
  18. Just to make it clear, I agree with everyone who has issues with very small accts ie guild hansels. It's not equitable.

    Let me just help you devs ....

    Problem #1 (according to KaW community)
    -BFE variation leads to unfair matchups in EE

    Problem #2 (according to KaW community)
    -Size in clan matchups is sometimes unfair

    Problem #3 (according to KaW community)
    -GH make too much off large accts in EE when large accts make nothing off them

    Here are some solutions:

    Solution #1
    -Include BFE in clan strength when matching

    Solution #2
    -Restrict clan sizes to only 2 member difference or just say everyone need to have X number for the war

    Solution #3
    -Balance the imbalance of the amount earned by GH small accts and large accts IN WARs!!!, don't change the whole damn game.
