Indeed Xtreme, I get compliments from co workers and customers alike. They tell me not to get too skinny, they like having a Teddy Bear in the store, that's on some no homo ****.
Cut carbs after lunch time and don't consume any sugar (chocolate, soda, juice etc.) or white flour (bread, pastas, baked goods etc. Combine with a bit of cardio, you will drop 1lb a day.
If I work out and stop eating all these crap... If I get down to 220 I'd be happy, and probably pursue football again.
There is no way I could cut out carbs, mostly because my diet consists of potatoes with at least 1 meal a day :lol:
I worked hard to lose my weight. Was a total lifestyle change. I signed up to Jenny Craig (yeah yeah, I was really determined and wanted to make sure I succeeded first go lol), and signed up to a gym and also had a personal trainer twice a week. It was expensive, but well worth it. It was good because it educated me on my diet, and exercise, and I eventually was able to come off JC and handle my own meals, and create my own exercise programs. Weight loss is different for everybody. My only advice is just stick to it and don't give up.
