@ silelent AJ: who ever the algorithm system peak to level strength. Then the war is gonna be about strategy and no one clan stronger than the other.
The mithril payout is too low, in the vast majority of wars, the losing side forfeits on the 2 hour mark and the side that wins gets half the mithril they could have received. This should be adjusted and the mithril payouts should be greatly increased.
I like this! However the clan I'm in has a lot of people wanting to war! If too many opt in and admins realise and volunteers leave clan to leave the others to fight it seems unfair to lose a level of ee! Perhaps if we remain clan less during the war and then rejoin after ee is returned? Will a new symbol be available for admins to recognise opt in?
Opt in system at last! Thanks for listening! Removal of clans with no close match is a step on the right direction. Have you decided how close the clans need to be in size/strength yet as this is key? In your example with a 10 player difference the match is still too unfair. Can you guys also please confirm if BFA is taken into account as part of strength measures? Lastly, as others have said please consider what makes an 'all star' for the EE season. Please don't just make it plunder gained and discount everything else! Support for moving in the right direction.
Understandably that no sign up system will satisfy everyone, the opt-in system now creates a new set of problems. In particular, the admins would have to kick out some clan members if too many people sign up for the war. Wouldn't this cause them to lose their EE badges? I request then to allow the owner or admins to cast a temporary veil of evasion to those that had opted-in as a means to manage the number of warring clan members rather than just giving them the boot. The veil would be lifted if they leave the clan.
Why do you continue to forum ban people who are trying to help the hell infested plague you continue to ignore? Cheese was banned, yet was genuinely trying to help forums. To get rid of spammers/ToU breakers is a tough job. Especially when the emails we send you get replied back with "Ehh, no rule broken". Posting irrelevant, or short posts is considered spamming/post count farming, yet nothing is done. You let these idiots like DrgnMaster run a muck and others join in. People who are considered "Veterans" in the forums are some of the worst at it. Recently THEBlade made a thread "what's going on" it was answered within 5 pages. He admitted to being forum banned and was posted with by an Alt. It then continued 15 some odd pages of irrelevant crap. Posts by "vets" and posts by "noobs". You guys need more mods, or Devs lurking this crap. It's getting ridiculous, people giving the "Pass go, collect forgivable stupidity" to these players who have forumed for over 2 years.
Great update, devs. Like that you are listening to the players and trying to collaborate instead of simply imposing your will. A question about no match (which I love): will the no match be for the overall algorithm or only on strength mismatch? Your example in your OP could be construed to only mean strength and not take into consideration numbers. Also will you be monitoring the no match system and adjusting where the cutoff will be on a go forward basis?
Let's not forget about the plethora of statless alternate accounts that serve for maybe posting once, if that, in our forums.
Devs I feel you are less than reliable I plan my week around preparation for estoc season 1 as announced last week and now this. I am as a professional myself could not do this and still expect my customer base to trust me so why not treat me with the same common courtesy.
You stated one of this last few paladin pieces will be released "next" week. Is that correct. So not to expect a release this Friday or this week at all?
A few things ata devs. Forum loophole: if you are on computer and want to see who is winning the vote without voting your self, simply view the update from AT Secndly: Please can we get more mith. Its kinda challenging to get mith especially when you cut us of from one of our sources, i mean, shouldnt you double the ee mith to equalize what you just wrecked. Third: answer to my own loophole, :ugeek: I think that it would require a large amount of dedicated clannies to do but it could really grow an alt or be used in an osw :? . I just remembered that he would lose his edge while moving to a clan or rquiring everyone to move over to another clan, thus losng their edge also Fpurth: Next equipment vote? i think i missed the most recent one Free cHeese
