You can, but skipping T4 for T5 makes more sense.

 

I skipped T3 as it doesn't really help much seem as T3 lvl 1 is worse than T2 lvl 3

i wouldnt go t2 to t4. i perfer to do t2 to guild hansel to t4

 

I think he's talking lowlands, since you can't build T5 in highlands. Skip T3 go to T4 on low, on highlands go straight to T5, or L4 guilds a while.
