Op, mods may or may not know this information, but will not dole it out until the devs announce something. The developers said that they will push for annual wars like summer wars, but it is not a positive.
There may or not be. You just must wait and see. Devs will tell the community later on in the year when the summer is near. But besides that it would have been better to wall a mod or all the mods or just email support@athinkingape.com to get a better response. They mist likely wont tell you tho.
