No, I don't think so. I believe it is 1 nobility point per quest

Yes, you can still get random nobility drops after you've completed all the quests. No, your chances don't increase with difficulty of the quest. It's the same for all quests.

No, none at all. Although it is advisable to do it straight to lvl 2 first.

 

lvl 4 guild gives better plunder bonus than l vl 1 vol but lvl 2
