But how long do you have keep allies to get the "whole" 60% when you drop them?

 

I believe 15 days, but someone might want to validate that for me...

 

Damn. No wonder why I didn't get as much as I thought.

 

To get the same refund amount of 60 percent, you have to have held the ally for at least 15 days. If you have held an ally for 0 days you will receive 4.5% of the maximum refund amount. (60%) This scales up to the maximum refund amount over 15 days. Beyond 15 days it does not surpass 60% and is capped at that percentage rate.

Because it was either the wrong item for the wrong EB, or you used the item after the stage was completed.

Because it was not the correct item for the epic stage you were on.
