From your clan's page, there should be a bar at the top of the clan info that will allow you to sign up if you are eligible.

Pro-packs look like equipment but, do you have to equip them to get the bonus? Or is having them enough? I was thinking in buying the Siege pack, but the bonus from Diamondiferus swordis better so...

When you open lowlands and build a building for the first time you get a free fb, however I've noticed that you stop receiving "free" troops after the 15th LL. So is there a cap or is it a glitch?
