Spy builds find higher rewards because spy buildings have more troops in them..the reason for this is the fact that u have ass/stl/scout 3 actions to use spys for as apposed to just attack with soldiers....but I'm attack build and got 479 bronze bars in an fod...seams like just some people lucky and some are not...free stuff guys u can't complain because now it cost everyone the exact same amount...please please please devs look at how much money I've spent with u already and how much I play everyday and give me a shot at the bata tests ... U won't regret it ill write u a million pages of feed back.. Just keep me in mind... : )
With the latest update, there is no incentive to do item EB's (epic battles) once you have all the items. If I can just buy the EB dropped pots, then why do item EB's? I can just do Haunting 24/7, make a lot of gold and then just buy what I want. The item EB's don't pay well and the only thing that made them worth while, you now eliminated. If you want players to experience the full game as you have designed it, then there has to be balance between the areas of the game you have created*; War, pvp (player vs player), and EB's. This upgrade favors war and pvp, not EB's. As it stands now and from a 'cost benefit' point of view, the game is now geared more towards war with players better off doing Haunting, and then just buying everything else they need. In a way, you just made the game a lot more boring; once a clan has all the items, its b2b haunting and war (if those clans choose to participate). I would suggest that you make it so that anything that is dropped in an EB can only be sold in the market, not bought. This goes for the 6 pots, bronze bars, inferno, and aqua. *(osw is a player created part of the game, so not including that in statement)
Completely agree with Weedon's post. We should be able to sell the pots/items, however not be able to buy them. +1 support Weedon's post
Silly for everyone that's been doing the bad paying EB's just for pots and now you can buy them, waste of time for everyone that already has the equipment. Agree with Weedon.
If you get into quick 3 hour FoD clans you can pull major cash. My spy makes over 10b in 3 hour if I sell pots and bars,
just put put new equipment. And enchantments to shut ppl up.lol u get less now since u can buy now it is pointless for ppl to mix it up.u get less now alot less.
Don't listen to these comments Devs You made the best decision ever by balancing up the pots, you even gave us extra by putting the advantage back to the attacker. Weedon says this update is geared more towards PvP? Well that'd be the first one for PvP since i'v started playing. Do you guys really want every update for PvE and noting for PvP? As to Panic's post. There should be a balance between war, pvp, eb's. The updates in the past have made that equal. Each update had made doing EB's more exciting and worth while, and at the same time they have enhanced pvp & war. Example: perm items dropped in EB's. Made people want to do more than just Haunting because players want them. And at the same time it gives players an edge in war and pvp. So those who don't understand my statement 'The game is now geared towards war with players better off doing Haunting', let me clarify. Players are going to grow in order to become stronger (land, buildings, allies), even if they just like to war. So there are many ways to make money, but one of the best (even while doing pvp and between wars) is eb's. Why would a clan choose to do an item eb which plays little, when they can do Haunting? Haunting (on average) has the best pay out rate, so if players can just buy all the pots and inferno they want, why do any other eb if they have the perm items? So if you really think about it, the previous updates have made doing eb's (not just haunting) worthwhile and regular part of the game. The latest update negates that and the item eb's are now irrelevant. Maybe a better update would have been to make the the defense pots as eb drops as well, to give attk/def balance as well as game balance
Weedon where exactly are the updates for PvP that you're talking about? You talk about items giving people an edge in PvP, where do you get said items? You get them in eb's, meaning you have to EB for months to get them. Every single update has been geared towards PvE, now when they actually give one update to PvP you're complaining? Your comments about balanced PvP and PvE updates are laughable, I'll ask you to name 1 update that has favoured PvP over PvE (other than this) in the last 10 months. People that war and want to grow at the same time will only do Haunting anyway, as all other eb's pay dreadful, people that do PvP will only have one reason to do an EB other than Haunting and that's to get the item from it. I think forcing players that want to do osw constantly into eb's to get attack pots to counter the new defence pots is terribly wrong and I'm so glad that the Devs changed their mind. Point is, without doing eb's you don't stand much chance in PvP with the huge bonus from items, how can you call that balanced? Before the Devs changed their mind about these new pots it put PvP at a huge disadvantage, being that without the pots from EB you couldn't even get an attack through on a player of the same size, it couldn't be left like that, this change had to happen.
With this new update being able to buy pots that you could only receive in EBs is in my eyes, counter productive in regards to the other update involving a incentives on hitting EBs that you've already recieved that equipment. I think this was a poor decision on from the devs.
Things that would be cool... Rewards based on: - completed achievements (PvP stats only Not EB stats, EB stats are Not real wins) - clan loyalty (maybe a reward to allow more clan mates into the kingdom or Larger castle upgrades for those successfully loyal and thriving clans) - true allies by being able to donate warriors/items (not sure if that would work) but some way to get a True ally claim. - rewards based off clan chat activity (again, not sure how to reward on positive post rather than spam) I'm a fan of real wars And not EBs and would like to see any type of incentive for real (in system) wars over EBs. Real war equipment drops etc Would also love to see a way to truly "conquer" a clan whether its a full disband or a "conquer counter and By whom". Maybe 10 conquers = a disband... Or a conquer weakens the clan and it takes 10 "weakens" to disban. To avoid having the same bully clan going after the same clan than those who participated in that conquer win would not be allowed to hit those players for 10 days (x amount of days) while the Conquered clan regens if no other clan attacks. Panic, You say u don't understand (rather rudely, but whatever. It takes all kinda I guess) and in the end u state my point. In order to gain the advantage in pvp, u need to do eb's. The balance I'm talking about is power or the subdivided ways to play. My comments were to the devs, and the balance I was referring to was to balanced game play. The balanced game play I'm speaking of is the devs attempt at incorporating all parts of the game in players regular game play.
