I have account on a driod phone that has been broken. Is it possible to xfer that account to another device, be it iop or droid? If so, how would I do it?

You have to transfer the old account to your new iPhone. Look for a device transfers thread that; should tell you everything you need to know.

I have 12 highlands opened and built on, I have a level 3 castle, but cannot access the mage, any reason why? Am I missing something

 

No that I know of. Try restarting and/or reinstalling app.

What does upgrading your castle to l2 do? I can't remember lol

 

It unlocks the alchemist, so you can use Mithril to cast spells

 

It adds 40,000 to attack/defense stats
30,000 to spy stats
Allows you to access the Alchemist (mithril, spells, etc)
