  1. For right now would it be better to have all level 2 war factory or level 3 forges?

  2. Level 3 Tier twos are better than level 2 tier 3s, so stick with forges and slowly convert.

  6. Stay with the forges and after you have all forges lvl3, convert to sub facts or another t3 building.
