Sparticus, skimming with troops and spies is a method of doing 2/3 attacks/assassinations or multiple of that number. 2/3 gives the best results.

 

Owen, hitting 3 times then regen is not skimmig

 

Undead, skimming is the same as doing a "hit regen". Half umloads isnt skimming. Its just "didnt finish unload".

Skimming is hitting from the top. So 2 attacks/3 assn etc.
