Actualy, guilds give more spies. And you have the same hit amount with spies

The only vital thing is to pop SoS at lv3 rather than buy a lv1 and need to save for upgrades.

But honestly, I didn't think it mattered enough to do.

I swapped all guilds to lv1 SoS, then upgraded all to lv2, then all to level 3.

Shows how much I cared about the plunder drop.
