Great idea ! Although i'm not certain that the players country of origin is the best criteria to select ppl. But it's worth a try.

The all-star wars bum me out alot because I dont know how to enter/never get chosen

 

How bout two teams and you automatically get put into one

 

First of all: 196 countries on world not 193
Secondly: Englamd lost American Revolution
Thirdly: America

There Already Is A Country War And You Only Need 1m comb to Get in

 

This is a good idea but would take weeks to play out. Plus a lot of time and effort to track. It would have to be set up as a tournament system with wining clans moving on to next level, and US would need to be split into at least 2 separate teams. Or have the devs make it a 200 member limit like the all star war with locked rosters through out the entire tourney.
