sharing: formulae to calculate income per hr of hansel

  1. Hi guys. I derived three formulae to easily calculate the income per hour for hansel in both the hunting and ambush. U guys can try these formulae and compare the profitability of these two EBs easily.

    Firstly, these formulae take the basic form of (total plunder - pot cost)/ (no of hours u spend)

    Formulae for hunting:
    1. If u r using 12m pot to hit

    Total plunder: read from history
    No of hrs u spend= (no of actions)/ 60

    Why 60? Because one can do 24 attacks and 36 assassinations per hr. Total 60 actions per hour.

    Pot cost= (no of actions) x (2/5) x pot cost

    Why 2/5? Because 24 out 60 actions are attack, which is the ratio of 2/5

    Overall formula:
    T= total plunder
    N= no of actions

    (T-2/5 x12 xN)/(N/60)
    Simplify: 60x(T/N) -288

    2. If u r using 7.5m pot

    The formula= 60x(T/N)-180

    Formula for ambush:

    For ambush, the way of calculating is roughly the same. But the problem is no of actions. U can steal 18 times per hr while u can assassinate 36times per hour.

    So let's find an average.

    For example, one clan takes 3 hours to complete one ambush.
    Roughly one hour will be spent on first half of golem horde.
    Two hour will be spent on second half of golem horde. Because for first half, ppl attack assassinate while second half, ppl attack only( spies r used to steal). Hence the time ratio is roughly 1:2.

    Average no of actions per hr= (18steals x2hour 36assa x1hour)/ 3hour= 24spy actions per hour

    Total actions per hour= (24spy action 24attacks)= 48 actions per hour

    Here comes our formula:

    T/( N/48)
    Simplify: 48x(T/N)

    Summary
    T=total plunder from history
    N= no of actions from history

    Hunting 12m pot
    60x(T/N)-288

    Hunting 7.5m pot
    60x(T/N)-180

    Ambush no pot used
    48x(T/N)

    Thanks for reading.

  2. Thanks and first!

  3. Two things to clarify: most ppl can do 26 atks per hr. but the amount is just 2 more from 24. Make little difference.

    And for hunting, this formula is based on the assumption of no item usage. Hence if u do pots, don't use formulae.

  4. Your over complicating things...

    To find attack income, record your gold before and after 26 attacks:
    Final gold amount - Initial gold amount - Pot costs = profit

    Since 26 attacks (or 24 for non 50/50 buildings) is an hour of regeneration, that is your profit/hour.

    If you want to know how much you make from assassinating, you need to know exactly how much damage you dealt with all attacks, which is rather time consuming and unnecessary...

    To simplify it; 26(Average attack damage) + 36(Average assas. damage) = Plunder reward
    Then, divide the plunder reward by the total damage dealt, to find how much profit (of plunder reward) you make per 1 damage. This is used to test, for example, if using a 12m pot for spies is worth the extra damage to result in higher plunder reward.

    The above formula is without potions, but if you use potions (record how many you started with an ended with to find the amount you used), use this:
    Total damage* + amount of potions used = Plunder reward
    So, amount of potions used = Plunder reward / Total damage

    *calculated above

    And to find the average profit an hour from these, just divide the wealth by the amount of time it took you to complete the epic battle (in hours).

  5. Orrrrr, you can just guess.

  6. Theirs allways another way to find out. But the equation upove is good to learn as math will take you further in life than KaW will :)
    WTG op. teach these noobs how to properly calculate their bread

  7. My one full unload on haunting wit 12m attack pot at end I get 666M from the one unload
