  10. A:To give the families of clans an easier way to communicate/interact.



    A: I think 3-5 clan max would be good, otherwise it would turn into a practically unstoppable force.



    A: Alliances would be able to war against another clan or another alliance, but an alliance cannot war a clan that is part of itself.

    A: I think adding a fourth chat/deleting and replacing ally chat with alliance chat would be a good idea and would help them communicate.



    There would be a gold pool for each clan that members of that clan would need to fill to 5 billion every week to keep that clan part of the alliance.

    On the home page there would be a separate button saying 'Alliance' below the clan tab and if you are not part of an Alliance it would show you a list of Newly formed alliances.

    Owners of clans not part of an alliance would pay 5 bil and invite two clans to join the alliance (assuming the max is three clans) and the owner of each clan would pay 5 bil as well to accept.

    When viewing another profile, you could view someone's clan, and from that clan's page you would see a bar above the name showing the name of the alliance which you could click on to see the names of the clans that are part of the alliance, and to see the activities that the alliance has done (Alliance Battles, Alliance Wars), and this is where the admin of another alliance would challenge an alliance to war.

    The war accepting system would be like this:
    Two significant members of each clan (owner/admin) must vote to accept, totaling six votes required to accept the war, and three (one from each clan) to reject it.[/color]


    A: It would create more player interaction and it would also add more of a social aspect that I feel the game has been lacking.



    A: I think for now that's too complex for one suggestion. Like I said in my thread, the main clan could just invite their sub clan to their alliance.


    A: I think a beta testing program should come first but after that I think it should all go into one big update.


    A: Epic battles would be made into a larger scale for alliances and would be called Alliance Battles - the devs could hold a contest for best Alliance Battle ideas like they did with EB boss names.

    A: I was thinking about that, yeah it could be a third tab under top clans that says Top Alliances (based on strength, as prestige would be the combined prestige of the clans in the alliance).

    My main focus is to make an update suggestion to the KaW developers using the suggestions in this interview. Billy asked me to provide this question and answer to find your opinions. So, post your comments below. 

    -bigger wars

    -players can make alliances "official"
    -allows more players into a war (ie. An alliances of three clans against a large clan.)

  11. War tips:

    With KaW as it is now, hansels are very tough to bring down or stop in a war. Since that is a topic of controversy among warring KaW players, I am going to give a few tips about warring a hansel:

    1) Get a clanmate to help assassinate them (or do it yourself using crystals). It is ok to fail, as you are only trying to pin their spies. If it says "defender too weak", scout instead.

    2)Unlike troops, spies must be pinned every 5 minutes instead of every 10. This is not only time consuming but also not troop effective. You should alternate with a friend pinning the spies every 5 minutes for an hour, then switch with your friend.

    3) This only applies to spies WITH ALLIES!
    First, you need to find when they are sleeping just like warrior builds, and then hire all of their allies. Instead of stealing, you need to attack until it says defender too weak (that means they have no more gold)

    to strip hansels, it is the same as a warrior build pin their spies, work them down to 7 or less spy defense pots, and hire their allies when they are asleep. Then steal the money until its all gone

    The main problem with warring spy builds without allies is that they don't have anything to lose. The best you can do is just pin them and take their pots.
