You can volley transfer gold, or hire their allies. Other than that, you cant.

 

You can give ownership to somebody aka giving them a clan. Otherwise, other then what MissBehave said you cant do anything else.

 

Well you can pm wall them or talk to them to give them some of your knowledge and giving away a clan giveing a better rank or worst rank in clan or volley or hireling there allies or giving them wall art or protection wall art

I like to give other players "hits"

I do this by selecting a player from the battle list. I then access my attack button until my troops are all gone. After that, I move on to spies. Lol

 

@Moose, didn't you know the battle list is just decoration though? I've been told I am not suppose to hit people there because they have money out! This game is purely eb based from all I've been told.

You can't flat out give someone something, except owner or admin of your clan. Like others said, you can volley transfer money to other people, or give them wall art. But if you have 100mil, you can give that to someone straight out.
