Building Upgrades?

  1. Hello.
    I'm puzzled and have had mixed responses to whether or not I should Upgrade my T4 Buildings to LvL3. I have 27, including Castle. Some people have said wait till your Land cost 15 Bil. Others have said that they upgrade theirs at only 25 Lands.
    So I'm stuck on what to do...
    Your help would be appreciatedī€Ž.
