You scared me!! But my notes aren't missing, probably because I backed it up before restoring...so iTunes put everything back in. Yay! And my crashing/lag issues are fixed!!
Now to figure out how to fix my power button...

i just realized itunes didn't reinstall all my apps after i restored.... :evil:

You are supposed to back up your iDevice first. Then restore, and after restoring it will ask if you want to use the back up to return it to whatever settings you had before.
