From what I understand, your definition of 'hybrid' is off.. Hybrid build is one that allows the player to switch rapidly between pure spy, and hansel. What you describe here is just a mixed build, of troops and spies.
I would build one beastery and the rest forges for 2 hits. I dont see it often that ppl say this in there guide, but it makes a HUGES differents. For the rest it's a good guide, good job
