Do you guys think we'll get trolled on stories if we tried putting them in off topic like the old days?

Do any of you even know what a fan fic is? It's based on fan written story of another book. Or to chat about a book stuff like that. So most stories shouldn't be here.
Trying to think of a title for a story... Here is what I've got thus far... The Last Hero The Final Showdown The Heroes Last Stand can't think of anymore
Name: Silver-Eye Age: 15 Gender: Male Appearance: Silver eyes (hence the name) specked with gold, scruffy dirt blond hair normally covers one eye. A scar under his right eye running down next to his mouth. Classic green camo shirt that's slightly to big for him. Ripped jeans. Personality: A hardended boy, short tempered, gets really embarssed in front of girls. Weapon of choice: Steel spike with sharp ridges. Brass knuckles Bio: Abandoned at 2, was found on the doorstep of a courthouse. At the age of 10 his 'parent' was murdered and he was left to wonder the streets. He grew up to 12 then the murderer left him the steel spike and a note telling him to grow and at 16 to meet him and fight. And if he won, he would tell him his real parents.
@Riddle you know stories started in off topic no? As far as I know when it first started stories were never referred to as fan fiction. Then the devs created FF section. If we put stories back in Off topic they'd be trolled and spammed mostlikely.
I would like someones opinion! So I discovered an awesome writing website (www.wattpad.com) and it's pretty cool. This awesome site (www.wattpad.com) is pretty awesome. It let's you make a summary and a book cover for your story. The awesome website (www.wattpad.com) is really awesome and I'd really like to join, but I'm a year too young. So... should I join? I know it sounds pretty stupid, but I'd like someones opinion! P.S. I'm probably going to join either way, but I'd like someone to encourage me.
