Shadow walks in, a laser rifle slung over his sholder. He wonders why no one notices him then realizes ge still has his cloaking device on. After turning it on, everyone jumps at his sudden appearance and draws weapons "Its me!" he says nerveously.

Reg smiles at the chance to attack Shadow. She wasn't startled because she sensed his presense, but points LumiBlade at him because she dislikes him.
