On my app it says the current form is outdated, then on the redirect which I use to navigate to a second form for application, the instructions switch to Korean (and I haven't bothered to translate to see behind the initial screen). Sometimes localization is just Bad to the Bone. Aside, it's a pity the characters didn't switch to Japanese characters, else the instructions would have been turning Japanese. Not necessarily. That questionnaire is relatively new in the big scheme of things.
