Here is a list of ally hire prices between 100M and 500B. This is what you do. For example, look at how much you have to invest. If you have 14.2B out, go look at 14.6B price and look for the person with the highest stats at that price. Look only on the first three to five pages. Then leave this price and look for someone with higher stats at the next lower price, 13.9B, buy the person with the highest stats at that price which is higher that the person at the higher price, again do not go past the fifth page. This will bump the person form 13.9B to 14.6B and when people go to the 14.6B price people will see your ally with the highest stats and will sell very quickly. As fast as a few minutes but up to a day in some cases. Personally I stick to the first two pages and rarely buy from the third page. Notes: Don't buy anyone closet to LC.
