Random game drops for RL money may soon be illegal in Europe

  1. For those who aren't aware, battlefront II created a bit of controversy due to the expected costs associated with unlocking certain playable characters.
The Belgian gaming commission is looking into video game business practices, and they want to classify any in-game purchases with a random element as gambling. This would make all of the premium chests/keys in kaw illegal in Europe.

  2. Yeah Belgium sucks in many ways

  3. ...but not any more then KAW :p

  4. About friggin time if you ask me, now if only America and Australia would follow suit, this nonsense will finally be dealt with.

  5. UK has looked into this recently and only consider it gambling if 'winnings' can be converted back to RL currency.

  6. In game/app purchases will prob never be illegal in the USA ...not for gambling reasons anyways. Really unless you can convert back to RL cash it's a ridiculous law.

  7. Csgo items get converted back to rl money rather often 

  8. This is what happens when you DON'T get your rights from god.

  9. It all started with the Big Bang

  10. I fully support this....I have opened chests but defo think it's wrong

  11. Will not happen over a night.kaw will probably be dead by then.if it will happen at all
