I've done that more than once when I was a clan owner lol. However I'd give them a few hours first before kicking. Anyhow you can't get someone silenced for a comment in CC. No moderation done there. If you're that annoyed with what they did, and you're able to, farm them. It is a war game after all.
I looked at the screen shots. If the guy told you to shove the x-tal up your ass and he's half your size, it should be no thing for you to farm him into the ground day in day out until you own his kaw experience .
