CHAOS OF FLAME Founded by Majora on 4th Feb 2016 We are a clan that is on the rise, just like the flames we were born in. Bravery and loyalty go far here so give your all and you'll be part of the greatest up and coming family in all of kaw. Our principles: ~ We are a peaceful clan. This means that we expect members not to instigate any conflicts. Therefore we have a no farming policy. ~ All clans deserve respect. We understand that each clan has worked hard to get where they are and we are trying to do the same. Disrespect towards other clans will not be tolerated here. ~ Feel free to ask questions! We are just as keen for you to grow as you are. If you aren't sure about something or have a question then ask in cc. There will always be someone to ask. Our admins are there for you to come to if you are having any issues as well. ~ At the moment we require you to have 150k CS to join. Please don't be offended if you get turned down, but we are looking to go on an inline and therefore are going to need stronger and stronger members. If you can get your stats above 150k then we will welcome you with open arms! What we do for you ~ We provide a safe haven. Our clan is a place where you can feel safe and well cared for. If you ever feel unhappy in the clan then we urge you to speak to an admin to sort it out. No-one is left behind and we'd rather know how you are feeling than you bottle it up ~ We are a family. And as a family, we are happy to do anything for you. We try as hard as possible to resemble a real family. Therefore you'll find that we share many qualities that real families do. ~ We offer an endless stream of ebs to help you grow. If you'd like a specific eb to be done, let us know in cc and we'll start one as soon as we can. ~ We can offer you protection. Whilst we are a peaceful clan, if one of our members gets in to conflict that they did not instigate, we will back them until the threat disappears. Do not confuse our kindness for weakness. We will do anything to protect our members. What we ask from you in return ~ Loyalty is a must. We can't have our members jumping around everywhere. If you are to be member of our clan, then you must be exclusively a member of our clan. ~ Respect is integral in any family and it is no different here. Respect for your clan mates and admins is very important to showing that you deserve to be part of our family ~ Things may annoy you time to time, but we ask that you always keep a cool head. If you are frustrated by something or someone then please talk to us about it. ~ We want to succeed. That means that we expect our members to want to succeed. Optimism is trait that people never fail to undervalue. We are on the rise and that's what you must believe in order for it to happen. Adminship There is the opportunity to become admin. However you have to have shown that you deserve it and can use it in the way it is meant to be used. In order to become admin you must help clan members and the clan as a whole on a consistent basis. You must be reasonably experienced at kaw (and in our clan) in order to help members optimally. Finally you must be very active, to fulfil your role consistently.
