Lots of ppl would get mad if u get top 10 rewarss when not being in top 10but I think u should keep since they messed up
If you are interested in finding out what exact place you came in between 100 and 10, you can email support. After 3 emails I did get a good response. 215 medallions was good for 31st place.
I haven't received my rewards either. I was top 500, and only got boots, helm and banner. I've emailed support and yet to receive an update.
This is all folly anyways, I did individual war and won, never got no elemental medallions, so I stopped warring.
