Every build is subjectively good. Personally, I think you don't really need more than 3 spy buildings if you want heavy attack, since that lets you pick on the 1 spy building players, and likewise covers you from them a bit. For the first 25 lands though, I wouldn't worry excessively about it too much. Just don't build static defenses i.e. Towers/Lookouts while growing.
Depends on what you are trying to do. Also, i would reccomend posting this sort of thing on the questions thread, you will get less hate and trolls there.
