Just spend 200 bil on allies and you'll be good. Not hard to get 200 bil these days when you can get 4.5 Tril easily with events.

 

You need~ 40bil at your current cs

 

Don't care about stats just get an ally between 200-500b

 

CS x 3,200 = mp

1. Attack eb or OSF,

- always complete check on same eb or OSF as your results will differ if you switch mid stream on different strength eb or OSF
- troops do not need to be full to perform check

2. On the victory screen note down the value under allies bonus

3. Buy a cheap ally, suggest 1-2 bil and then attack again

4. If value of allies bonus has changed on victory screen, this means you need more allies and if it doesn't change, you are good

5. Repeat until you are good, though would suggest for next ally hires you go for ones that are more than 1-2 bil otherwise you could be checking for a while if you are way off maximum plunder (mp)
