Draft KaW log reader program.

  1. Hello all, I have made a draft program that can read the KaW logs. All you have to do is have the roster in a text file with the very first word in the text file being KaW_Tracker_File then the roster with the names stacked directly below that and save it into a text file (an example Roster text file is below). Next open the KaW log of the war you are wanting to see the stats from and hit Ctrl A to highlight the entire log then Ctrl C to copy it then open the notepad program and paste the log into it then save it (an example War Log text file is below). Once you complete those 2 steps just open the program and it will prompt you for the roster file which you just go to where you saved it and double click on it from the open window then it will prompt you for the War Log file which you just go to where you saved it and double-click on it from the open window then just wait for it to finish loading the War Log file and you will see the actions for everyone in the roster for that war. Sorry for the bad English but I am tired and just wanted to post this so that people can test it and let me know if they find any bugs in it so that I can fix them before I post the final finished produce. I will post updates when I get time. I also added a link to a SS that has the data from the examples after the roster and war log was imported then the processed data was exported to a text file then copied and pasted to the SS.

    Happy KaWing :)

DISCLAIMER I AM REQUIRED BY KaW TO POST:
Download and run any programs mentioned in this post at your own risk. Neither KaW or I are responsible for any damages or loss of data that may occur from you running or downloading any files mentioned in any post to include this one. HAPPY KaWing

IMPORTANT: Some people have reported that their Antivirus scanners are reporting the exe file as a virus, this is what is called a false positive (when a anti-virus program reports a file as being a virus when file is not a virus or does not contain a virus) and you will likely find that your anti-virus program has a history of reporting false positives. DO NOT download and run this program if you feel like it will put your computer at risk of anything. If you talk to different players that track in wars using this program or any of my programs they can attest to whether or not this program has given them any indications of being malicious. NEVER download programs that you feel might harm your computer without researching them first; you will not bother me at all if you choose to not use this program however I would be pretty stupid to knowingly create a malicious program, or any type of virus, then put my name on it then post it in a forum under my normal names. I also posted the AHK file (just a text file with the .ahk extension) for those that feel safer downloading a text file and running the tracker from the AutoHotKeys program.

  5. Did you try using a cork?^

    huhuhuhu

  6. You can use it on MAC only if you have Bootcamp with a 64 Bit Windows 7 or better OS running.

  7. I Uploaded and posted a link to a War Log file I made from a LL war I was in about 2 weeks ago. I currently am too lazy to get the stuff I need to post pictures.

I might make it so that you can manually add the names and add a export feature once I know the underlying purpose of the program is working properly. I need to make a small adjustment to make the import process faster, I will be doing that first.

  8. I made it more efficient and faster to import files and I added an export function, I will update the link as soon as I am finished adding one more feature.

Below is a link to the data after it has been processed in the program.
