An Update to Hoarfrost and The Abyss Buildings

Tomorrow, Wednesday, June 24th at 10:00AM PDT razing, purchasing, or upgrading buildings on both Hoarfrost and The Abyss will be temporarily disabled. The exact duration of this may change, but is expected to take a few hours.

During this time we will be making changes to these buildings to implement additional levels, allowing players to make more gradual progress when upgrading.

Instead of the 5 Levels, there will now be 10 Levels. Existing player progression will not be affected, and players with existing buildings will have them updated to the corresponding new levels.

Level 1 buildings will become Level 2 buildings
Level 2 buildings will become Level 4 buildings
Level 3 buildings will become Level 6 buildings
Level 4 buildings will become Level 8 buildings
Level 5 buildings will become Level 10 buildings

These new levels are identical in every way. Your build will be, for all intents and purposes, identical to what it was before. The total cost to upgrade to level 10 of any building will be the exact same as the current cost to upgrade to level 5. Likewise, the cost to reach levels 2, 4, 6, and 8 will be the same as the current cost to reach levels 1, 2, 3, and 4, respectively.

The purpose of this change is to allow players who have not built or upgraded on Hoarfrost and/or The Abyss to be able to do so sooner without trivializing the work that fully upgraded players have put into their builds already.
