You do realise that build is horrible for anything bar ebs? Why anyone would follow that is beyond me.
I agree for highest total stats but not all around usefulness. However, to be highest, remove all the spy buildings and add 6 more balanced troop buildings. Stupid, but would give highest possible stats.
This is for highest build with still having a decent spy attack stat. I will say if you put down all the balanced attack and defense building you will have over a 30million total Combined Stat

I know that all balanced attack building gives the highest CS but if you do that you wouldn't have any spy's and that would mess you up if your trying to do something like the sleeping giant which has many parts where you have to scout and assassinate
