phrase 2, start at 80% on main bar. and also. the item phrase in phrase 2 regen.

phrase 3 start at 40%

For those mentioning it, the Skull WAS a defenseman pot, but they changed it to attack and doubled the potency

 

Defense was for some reason corrected to that xD
