I doubt anyone noticed, but this is the reason I wasn't posting on forums at all last night

 

That's because none of those Achievements are in my achievement list

 

They weren't on any other threads either(except for the referral one, which I think they got rid of...)

 

If you have the max level, it should show the percentage bonus
