Hello! As many of you all know, the NHL playoffs are underway. As of now, most if not all series have surpassed 3 games in the first round. And I want to hear your predictions for who you think is going to advance, win the cup, etc. Also, I would like for this thread to contain conversations about all franchises, whether historical or the direction they are taking for the future. Re: NHL Playoffs and random hockey talk I haven't watched hockey in quite awhile but when I did I liked the Canucks
Re: NHL Playoffs and random hockey talk Booooo Lightning I like the Canucks, very hopeful for their future.
Re: NHL Playoffs and random hockey talk I got Pittsburgh and Vegas in finals. No idea who wins though.
Re: NHL Playoffs and random hockey talk Praying to the hockey gods for the Leafs to win. Got to see the Hawks so im waiting on my other team lol
Re: NHL Playoffs and random hockey talk VEGAS WITH THE SWEEEEEEEEP! ok so what happens if Preds and Jets go to Game 7 and beat the crap out of each other, and Sharks win. Sharks will come out relatively healthy from the Vegas series I think, because Vegas doesn't play dirty rough hockey. So if Shark win they'll face either a beat up Preds team or a tired Jets team... and the sharks are a really physical team. If Vegas wins they don't need to be tough, their just deep and either Preds or Jets are going to be tired/beat up. Oh man the next two rounds of the West are going to be AWESOME. But... the east is pretty boring. Bruins vs. Penguins... Penguins probably win, but maybe Boston pulls a horseshoe out of their butt. Can you imagine if the Vegas goes to the final. Maybe if that happens the Habs will wake up and fire their GM. Also the ATA Rampage won game 1 of our playoffs last night... no big deal we play in the E div.
Re: NHL Playoffs and random hockey talk I have Vegas and Pittsburgh in final. SJ vs PIT rematch would be cool though.
